Our service technicians are continuously trained at each supplier to maintain a high and current level of knowledge. We want to offer a fast and efficient service so that you as a customer will have as little operational impact as possible.
We offer installation, commissioning, periodic maintenance, customized service agreements and training on all equipment available in our portfolio. Installations are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations.
We offer 24 hour phone support, where you as a customer get direct contact with a technician. Service agreements can be tailored individually to each customer's needs. Remote assistance matched with our phone support is the definition of fast and quality service.
Maintenance is followed up with customized service and measurement reports in accordance with requirements set by authorities and customers. Commissioning is followed up with user training customized for each customer. We provide service all over the Scandinavia including Finland, with access to our multiple spare parts warehouse ensures quick repairs and short downtime.
